Space Use Fees for St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Burlington, MA
Approved by Finance Committee (June 6, 2023) and Vestry (June 14, 2023)

St. Mark’s Episcopal Church rents our Nave, Choir Room and Parish Hall to our community. These Rates may be discounted by up to 50% for non-profit or local groups with limited funds. A Space Use Agreement is required (available upon inquiry) and includes terms, guidelines and food and catering requirements. The Parish Hall (including Kitchen): $50/hour
100-person capacity – approximately 1500 sq. ft. (50 x 30)
Table and chairs available. Room rental includes kitchen (for warming and cooling previously prepared items only). If food is to be made on site or catered, a Board of Health permit must be obtained.
The Nave: $150 for the first 2 hours, then $50 per each additional hour
Piano and /or organ use only with permission of the Music Director
The Choir Room: $40/hour
(12-person capacity - approximately 280 sq. ft. (13 x 22)
Conference stye room available with table and chairs. A Keurig style coffee machine available.
